April was a productive month for the Olympic Strength Staff. We were fortunate enough to have Landon Evans present on the sports science behind pneumatic training technology. We also hosted coaches from Dowling High School that were interested in learning more about Keiser modalities. Best of luck to student-athletes as they finish the semester strong. Go Hawks!
